I have read over the Silver Lotto System manual and used Ken Silver’s calculations to pick lotto numbers I could run my own test on.

The first thing I discovered was that it is not software but instead a pencil and paper system. Although I like software and own a nice lottery software system, after reading the manual and digging into it to see what he is really doing, Ken has taken a very logical and methodical approach based on what appears to be a lengthy study of the probability of certain number combinations being drawn over others.
I really can’t give away too much without getting in trouble with Ken, but he is using a set of common factors that he applies to past winning lottery numbers that when used consistently work to increase the chance that you will win on numbers in your favorite lottery game.
The actual calculations are very simple and involve filling out a grid like sheet that you can print out and complete using his instructions and examples. It took me about 30 minutes and he recommends you use the same numbers for each game you play, that way you are not wasting time analyzing numbers every day.
The whole manual is 52 pages but there are sections that cover different numbered games so that the section for any one game may only be 10 or so which makes for easy reading and lets you get into your game much faster. Ken also offers simple but logical strategies for getting the most out of the numbers you have selected.

So how did the Silver Lotto System perform during actual testing?
About now you are probably saying to yourself “well that’s nice, but does it work”? I had the same question so I set out testing it on a hypothetical basis as if I had been using it on the past 7 games or over one week.
I live in the U.S. In California and my favorite game is Fantasy Five which is drawn every day so that is the game I tested it on. The California Lottery gives results of all games played since their inception so it is easy to test a system as far back as you want to go.
I picked the numbers exactly the way Ken instructed but instead of playing 9 sets of numbers as ken recommends, I played 5. Later I compared my results against the 9 set of numbers and saw little difference. I would recommend testing several amounts of number sets to see what works best for you.
Over a seven day period I would have spent $35.00. I would have won $17.00 as on the last day I got 3 out of five numbers correct. Also during those 7 days, I won 2 free quick pick replays from getting 2 out of 5 numbers.
That was kind of a quick and I did not feel that I gave it a fair chance. I next tested those same numbers as if I had played them over a two year period. The California Lottery website allows you to plug a set of numbers into a search box to find out if your numbers have ever won.
I used a date range of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010 checking each of the 5 sets of numbers. On the second day of my test sample, January 2, 2009, one of my number sets was 5 out of 5. I checked the lottery winnings for that day. $186,000! I am not making that up. I was not able to get 5 out of 5 for the remainder of the 2 year test period. I did get quite a few 2, 3 and 4 out of 5 matches which may have amounted to a few thousand dollars.
What did I not like about the Silver Lotto System?
Just like all the other lottery systems I have reviewed, none of them are perfect and here are the shortcomings that I noticed while reviewing the system.
This lottery system is mainly designed for a six number game with no mega, power or bonus number as the 6th number. I am not familiar with lottery games in other parts of the world, but in America, I believe that most if not all 6 number games require you to pick a bonus number as the 6th number.
I believe that this shortcoming can be overcome by simply using the game’s website that shows frequency of bonus numbers drawn to pick the power or mega number. This is what most lottery systems do anyway. Still, this is not mentioned in the manual.
What are the good things about the Silver Lotto System?
The main thing I liked about this lottery system is the simplicity and being able to use the same number for each time you play. I am quite familiar with the different factors used by lotto systems to pick numbers and Ken’s system uses several of them in a way that allows the continuous use of the same numbers.
This is a real advantage for me. All I have to do is hand the play slips to the clerk and pay for my tickets. Before this I often would not play because I did not feel I had the time to analyze my number picks that were constantly changing.
Overall, what do I think?
Here’s the thing. You have to realize that a certain amount of luck is required to win on numbers in the lottery, as well as playing consistantly and with persistance, no matter what system is used. I would not get discouraged if you do not win right away.
I am not going to say the Silver lotto System is the best because there are too many factors to take into account. I do honestly feel it is as good as any of the other systems I have reviewed (and that includes sophisticated lottery software I purchased) and probably better than some. I would not let the perceived simplicity of using the same numbers for every game throw me because I know it is based on valid factors used in other systems and it did prove itself capable of predicting numbers for one large and many smaller wins.
Also, the Silver Lotto System has been around since 1991 and a top seller on clickbank since 2001. I doubt if any other lottery system even comes close to that. Ken has to be doing something right.
